Brownlow – Draw a poster on a safer way to get to school

Farndon Fields – held a cycle to school day to raise money for Children in Need. Every cyclist donated £1.00. There were 86 children who cycled and all received a sticker

Market Harborough C of E – Create a non alcoholic cocktail

St Joseph’s – A competition idea to encourage drivers to drive slow on icy raods and to clear their windowscreens

Ullesthorpe – design a road safety bag

Woodland Grange – KS 1 colour in a bus and write a message about walking home safely. KS 2 Design a poster to encourage people to be seen at night and a new safety in the dark logo

Water leys – design a poster to be seen in the day and at night

Mountfields lodge – draw the most colourful school crossing man or lady.

Ashby Hill Top – design fluorescent gear fro a hedgehog

Ellistown – KS 1 Design a new sign for the School Crossing Patrol. KS 2 Design a bike in fluorescent colours

Newbold C of E – Make a poster how bad it is to park on the yellow lines at school times

Orchard – Colour in a picture of their road safety tutor for be bright be seen

Greenfield – KS 1 design a non- parking outside school poster. KS 2 Write a letter about parking outside the school

Huncote – A wordsearch and answer the question “ Why should we wear a helmet?”

Congerstone – design a safety jacket

Kirby Muxloe – Design a poster about how to cross a pelican crossing safely

Oakthorpe – Write a poem about a hedgehog

Stafford Leys – Girls – Draw a hedgehog that can be seen in the dark. Boys – do a rap about road safety
